Because of recent population growth to Boise, Idaho, and the surrounding suburbs, Boise is on the brink of violating federal clean air standards. The population has doubled in the last two decades, causing traffic congestion.

Even though Boise is in the middle of nowhere (it's practically Oregon's Spain), It is still a very sad forthcoming. I've seen photos of Boise, and I have to say that this is a very beautiful place. But the picture next to the article tells a different story. Dense grey fog just surrounds the area as though it looks like Mexico, or Los Angelas.
